The reason was simple: AI, data centers, and advanced manufacturing are consuming power faster than the grid can support, and waiting years for traditional permitting and financing timelines isn’t an option.That’s an important shift.

It needs power, cooling, redundancy, water, and constant upkeep.

The wiggle room you get sourcing this way is a super power. 

The electrical wiring is knob and wire living rooms do not have lighting.
