You should clearly know: • Cost per lead • Leads to appointmentsAppointments to contracts • Contracts to closings • Cancellation rate • Average profit per dealThis matters because most investors try to fix the wrong thing.If you have plenty of appointments but few contracts, that is not marketing.

I have not because I don't usually have internet on site, but now I have an apartment building to manage, and potentially the scale makes it make sense to have internet for such a large building for locks/exterior cameras/monitoring, and with cell phone companies now providing internet, internet may be cheaper.

The problem is I usually end up forgetting to send important documentation until the last minute (like sending new tenants a list of what utilities to turn on, or a move-out checklist) and often end up having to manually print out a lot of paperwork and bring it along with me to appointments.
