No clothes, nothing in the med cabinet, clearly nothing of value, and no payments...I'm securing my, OR my Client's property, and have done so on numerous occasions over the years, with zero repercussions.

I'd learn about personal finances: save up money if you have a part-time job, don't buy dumb things (e.g expensive clothes, etc). 

What's your gut feeling about this contractor's professionalism level?

I did not even step inside because the smell would have soaked into my clothes.
