Any positive experiences with removal of odors from tenants using bio sweep?

You got lucky that the top was showing and that made you get it removed and tested.

I would remove my shoes or at least use a shoe cover.

Removing and replacing the tub would be a nightmare because it would require redoing the tilework. 

Has MIA removed all their personal property/possessions from the subject unit? 

We purchased an ozone machine and it has removed every lingering odor that it encountered, as long as the source has been removed.

I don't have too strong opinion on removing now and putting it back up, though now that you have it up (and have clearly listed the actual move-in date) you can probably just leave it up. 

The snow removal I personally have gone there and shoveld and the one time he asked I had someone go over there and what he told me was it wasn't done before he went to work should I contact a lawyer and get rent or just leave it be.
