Can anyone recommend a neighborhood (looks like there are numerous areas within Columbia?)

My attorney was told multiple times the squatters had numerous warrants on him and it would be very hard to locate him and asked to run the notice in the local newspaper.

Many times, often direct lenders, will quote a borrower very aggressive terms, get them to pay for the appraisal, not disclose anything, find numerous "faults" with the deal and get them to close on terms, they originally did not anticipate.

A huge (81 page) lawsuit just got thrown at over 40 LLC's, numerous individuals, two Title companies and Three Attorneys for doing what?
