At least the other two told me they were unlicensed when I asked for their license numbers.I asked Contractor #4 (the fence company) about these lower quotes and she said they come back and fix a lot of fence issues done by unlicensed people.

I've received 2 K1's so if this is fraud then i'd imagine they've committed a federal offence by issuing false documents to the federal authorities.

I'd anticipate that along with the grocery store comes the parking lot and you could potentially do some kind of fenced in boat/rv storage potentially also.large big box retail stores can have quite long leases.

I know a ton of investors how own over a 100 Sub to's and the last thing on their mind is the DOS clause because they know what they are doing and they are making sure every deal is done right.I have heard several horror stories over the years, but when it comes down to it, it is because the investor, original mortgage holder (seller) or secondary servicer (on a wrap) screwed up and did not communicate with someone, did not do their insurance correct, did not educate or disclose to the seller or did not make their mortgage payment on time.In this business the bests defense is a great offence.
