Make sure this is a hell of a deal and the return makes sense thenStack a few 0% interest credit cards to get the job done find cards with the longest 0% offer and use them for the rehab materials and the contingency funds for any overage.If you get 60-90 days out and don't think you'll complete the project on time you can negotiate with most cards to extend the 0% interest rate for a few monthsIf you use business cards most wont report on your personal profile (except capital one) unless you default this way carrying the balances wont tank your credit score.
