Their customer service team is awesome too if you get stuck.If you are using the Schlage Encode smart locks or any other compatible lock and thermostats, you can connect these to Hospitable as well so it will generate unique codes for each of your guests automatically and adjust the temperature when guests are not there!

I've had E4's that were amazed and confused by the kitchen food disposer; people that would not attempt to change a fluorescent tube; and lots of tenants that complained because they set the thermostat at 80 on a windy below zero day and refused to accept that the furnace was working perfectly (which it was) in their 60 year old rental unit.
