AirBnB does not collect security deposits, so I setup OwnerRez to collect the security deposit as they recommend in their documentation (https://www.ownerrez.com/support/articles/security-deposit-h...).

One thing I always encourage my clients to do is to secure their investment legally, not just contractually.For example: where possible, I advise them to register a charge against the developer.

Checking logs for security?   

Also any recommendations for solar powered outdoor security cameras that you’ve tried and make sense. 

I installed an ADT home security system at the time and have since been paying a monthly subscription for their services for the past 4 years in total.

She has a severance package and is very close to retirement so she's worried about the mortgage.

A package that's "strictly financials" tells them you can do math.
