In this case you have plenty of time to secure a replacement by July 1st. 

Hello I will moving out of my house hacking property , I have cameras at the property during my stay but can  I put a permanent security cameras on the outside of the property  for security reasons  .

We've used DAWGS security system.

Hopefully you have a signed estoppel saying rent amount, amount paid, security deposit amounts, who owns appliances, and any outstanding “promises”.

So the technique is not 100% fool proof.
