It was not 100% my cup of tea from a real estate perspective but the content of the speakers was generally top notch and I did take away a handful of nuggets I'm excited to implement.most profound for me I think that I am still mulling over was from Tyler Mount, who I had never heard of previously to this but h'es got quite the resume. 

What I might do is include your receipt from the snaking in the lease and have the tenants initial it, acknowledging that any future drain issues will be charged to them (other than tree roots).  

I plan to use them for my next STR purchase, possibly in Joshua Tree, CA or out of state in Florida. 

Own 5 properties and manage another for Teak tree production in Belize.  

Biggest concern is noise to me @Aziza KhakimovaFrom my experience, being a little over 100 feet from train tracks isn’t usually a deal breaker, especially if there’s a buffer like trees or fencing.

I have been analyzing commercial real estate opportunities involving stores like Dollar General, Dollar Tree, and Family Dollar.

I planted 4 trees this year and hope for them to mature in 15 years when I retire.   

That leads to frozen pipe, snapped trees, roof damage, etc.

Our Grafted lime trees put a little production in year 2 and 3 but nothing noteworthy.
