REBEL event - general thoughts

Got invited last minute to the "REBEL" event yesterday here in town.  Had no idea what I was walking into, and generally I was impressed.  It was not 100% my cup of tea from a real estate perspective but the content of the speakers was generally top notch and I did take away a handful of nuggets I'm excited to implement.

most profound for me I think that I am still mulling over was from Tyler Mount, who I had never heard of previously to this but h'es got quite the resume.  he discussed the idea that failure is 100% ok and its even encouraged, as long as you track it.  and that last part for me was the kicker.  I think so many things in my life I "fear" or "avoid" simply because there is an element of unknown there, and that very quickly gets into a "failure" type space mentally for me.  its nothing insanely revolutionary, its been said many different ways before, but this for some reason really clicked into place for me yesterday and I'm very excited to implement it.
