So simple question (hopefully):Should I talk with a lender now before I have any properties on the table or wait until later in the process? 

I don’t currently have space for 8 at the dining table, but we do have extra chairs available. 2.

It is currently occupied by "under the table renters" and needs about $100,000-150,000 of renovations. 

I’m willing to bring deals to the table and split if you can help with skip tracing and backend support. 

Clean PDFs with uniform fonts, round numbers, or mismatched timelines are always suspicious.

I’ve got two private loan deals on the table.
