I am 25 years old, i started investing at 21 years old with single-family homes with creative financing. Since 2018 I have purchased over $800,000 worth of real estate, currently owning seven units(6/19/23). I am a local realtor to the Watertown / Fort Drum / Thousand Islands regions serving military, Investors, and first time home buyers.
I graduated from the Indiana University Kelley School of Business in 2008. And I currently work for the State of Indiana as a full time employee.
