I am a real estate investor. I started investing in rental properties in 2003. I am looking to start Wholesaling properties, and am working on building my buyers list. I could use help and suggestions on this aspect of real estate investing.
I was born and raised in Cedar Rapids, IA, moved to Ames for college, and now live in Tokyo, JP as a programmer.
Experience:
I own a number of small multifamily apartments in Iowa, and a couple multiplexes in Tokyo and Kyoto, Japan.
My philosophy is that I won't rent it unless I'd be happy living there...
