Retired at 39 - still do my own commercial deals - mostly Apts and shopping centers. Mostly I’ll be backcountry in on piste skiing, surfing, MTB, Moto, road bike, swim, run (Ironman races) and I’ll golf if nothing else todo.
I've recently come to realize that I want to take more control over my future. I like my day job, and am well compensated for it, but I look forward to gaining equity and building for retirement.
