I am new to real estate investing, and am looking to get my first porperty soon. Mostly looking at duplexs and single- family homes.
I'm learning as much as I can I have taken multiple online classes went to seminars and have learned from more experienced investors. In the past 8 months I have completed about 10 deals, a few assignments a few back to back closings a couple land deals and am in the middle of a full flip. I find amazing deals for single family rental units...
