Full-time Agent & investor focusing in flips, long term rental and off market properties. Whether you're local or out-of-state, my team and I will help you identify deals that will provide monthly cash-flow, build equity, and start your investment journey the smart way.
I work with experienced and newer local and out-of-state investors looking to House hack, purchase flips and long term rentals in Central Texas & Milwaukee, WI. My ideal clients are pre-approved (or cash-ready), have defined and realistic investment goals, coachable and willing to listen to advice and are ready to act when the numbers make sense. I can help connect you with trusted lenders, contractors, and property managers in the area to help build out your team to ensure success in your real estate journey.
A little about me...
I got my start in real estate as a scattered-site property manager in Milwaukee, WI, overseeing a portfolio of 450 rentals—from single-family homes to 16-unit buildings. That experience gave me a deep understanding of how to underwrite and operate long-term rental properties, which I now use to help investors make smarter, more informed decisions for myself and my clients.
During that time, I also purchased a duplex which I did a successful value add house-hack over a span of 4 years which launched my personal investing journey. I also run and operate two flipping businesses, in TX and in WI, which has given me hands-on experience with rehabs, contractor management, cost control and most importantly underwriting deals that actually make money which is knowledge that I bring to every client's deal.
Since then, I’ve helped numerous clients grow their rental portfolios, buy and sell flips, have successful BRRRR deals and even help people find their forever homes.
I’ve also appeared on two episodes of The American Dream TV—a nationally televised show that’s aired on HGTV and the Travel Channel—where I had the opportunity to showcase local businesses, communities, and investment properties. Check out the youtube links on my profile for the episodes!
I currently live in Austin TX but I still operate in Milwaukee, WI, through a trusted partner, Drew Lied—an experienced investor and agent who helps clients build portfolios in that market. Together, we assist both local and out-of-state investors.
I'm always open to connecting and talking real estate!

Investing in Belton: the numbers
Metro-area figures from BiggerPockets market data, as of November 2026.
Local answers only. The general ones (what investor-friendly means, what it costs, how vetting works) are on the main finder page.
What do Belton agents specialize in?
The 2 agents listed here specialize in fix & flip, long-term rental, multi-family (2-4 units), primary residence, and single-family rental.
Do these agents cover Austin, Bastrop, and Buda too?
Yes. Between them, the agents listed here also serve Austin, Bastrop, Buda, Cedar Park, Elgin, Georgetown, Hutto, Kyle, Leander, Manor, Milwaukee, Pflugerville, and Round Rock. If your search is really greater Belton rather than the city itself, start with the agent whose reviews mention the town you are buying in.
How should I choose between them?
Read the investor reviews first, then the agent's own forum posts, which show how they think about a deal before you have spent an hour on the phone. Ask each for the last three investment deals they closed in Bell County and how those deals performed. An agent who works with investors will have the numbers ready.
What is an investor-friendly real estate agent?
An investor-friendly real estate agent represents buyers who purchase property to rent, renovate, or resell rather than to live in. They can price a property against rent comps and renovation costs, not just against nearby sales, and they are used to offers written for speed and inspection terms an owner-occupant would not accept. Many are investors themselves.
