DBA on Deed?

Question

Can I only put the DBA on the deed or do I need to put my own name as well (John Doe dba: Rental Property)?

That's a good question. I don't know the answer other than an attorney told me you could use a dba on a deed of trust. I haven't actually done it. It'll be interesting to hear what others have experienced.
