Bill at Arrow Plumbing has been good to me. If he can't do the job he'll recommend someone I'm sure.
I have used Best Choice Plumbing for smaller jobs; my guess is that they would be willing to look at this project.

Agreed with Steve, I have also used Best Choice Plumbing in the past for minor jobs. They are reasonable at least for repair jobs.
