Hi there,

I'm beginning my journey in real estate investment, particularly focusing on long-term rental opportunities in the Houston area. Do you have any recommendations or insights on where would be an ideal place to start? I'm open to any advice or suggestions you might have.

Please note: I am open to advice in areas for STR or MTR as well.

Hey Jaime,

Great job making the decision to begin your journey into RE investing.

Houston and its suburbs are big area with many diverse neighborhoods. I would ask, what are your goals and price point for investing?

There are great communities in Katy, Cypress, Tomball and Spring that make great rentals in the $300k range. Or there are areas in central Houston in the $400-450k range where I see higher appreciation.

I'm a local central Houston Real estate agent, investor and developer. Feel free to private message me with any more specific questions.
