What arw some good investor friendly tittle companies in the qeatern ma area? Would greatly appreiate it.

Daniel, in Ma, you must use an attorney to close, state law, so you won't find many advertising as title companies. You need to look for real estate attorneys.

so as far as the tittle look up ect.. Who performs that me? Seller? Buyer?
