I'm looking for a better software program for analyzing larger apartment complexes 100-600 unit. Needs to be pretty detailed, not scaled down. Would like something that has capability/clarity for presentation to investors. Needs to be able to calculate ramp up of rent rolls, pro forma (12, 24, 36, 48 months forward, standard operating cost per sq ft, etc. Tax implications not so much. Currently use RealData. Any suggestions?
