I want to find the tax records so that I know who owns certain small multi-families so that i can possibly contact them.

Hi Ersi

I'm not an expert but I do know this every city has a county. Every county has property records so, if you google the county " so an so county property lookup.  A link should come up click and then navigate to what you want.

Various counties have more or less info as they get technologically updated. Check out your county clerks office (online).

In our county we can find the history of owners and sale prices, building details and description, taxes (current owed or past due amounts), zoning, and so much more!
