Option question
I am going to ask the seller to sign the option - my intention is to find the end-buyer, (do not want to put under contract as I am not interested in it myself and not sure if I can find an end-buyer fast enough).
Since I never done options - what paperwork is needed to be signed ?
I have gotten "Straight option" agreement - do I have to sign any other document (Standard sale agreement) in addition to it?
