Has anyone used any of these programs?
I was checking out RentingYourHome.com, recommended on BiggerPockets website.
It seems easy and user freindly but I'm interested about how well it works. Their website states that it places online ads to attract renters and even has a credit check system. Seems cool to me.

I've tried the majority of them. You can guess which one I will say is the best. It really depends on your needs. (some people are QuickBooks folks and want extreme detail, some users are simple and just want to be ready for taxes). I definitely recommend doing your own due diligence to find what best fits your needs. Josh has a pretty full list, and many of the sites offer a free trial - I'd start there.

Not sure about the other programs as we have only used one, propertyware. So far we are happy with it. Of course we are managing 150 units so this system may be overkill if you are only managing your own stuff.
I will tell you this, don't spend $5,000 having someone design a from the ground management system! That is another story!
