Can any investors out there recommend a DFW based property management company that they are happy with? I.e. work hard to lease out, retains tenants, provides timely maintenance, perform regular inspections.
I have interviewed a few narpm.org accredited companies that manage SFRs and am finding that the general fees are:
8-9% Management fee
80-100% of first month's rent for lease out
25% of first month's rent for renewals
Any input from local investors would be great!
