Josh said there has been more visitors, but I also feel like there are less posts.

We've always gone through lull periods occasionally though, the activity usually comes back.

I am a "binge poster" and tend to stay away for some period of time due to my work and then show up and read the threads and then post. That has become a little difficult due to the non-paginated Recent Discussions tab. Josh has said he would create a paginated version of it and I am sure my activity level will become more normal then.

I think the site is much faster than before, though. That's a pretty big thing for me because I often use the site from airports with lousy internet connections and the previous version had sometimes become unusable.

Huh...that is weird. It has seemed slow lately.

Maybe it is because we haven't had a good topic to argue about recently. Maybe someone can start some controversial topic :-)

I tell ya what. I don't visit it much anymore because I hate it. Maybe we should have a BP classic version. This site has always been real slow and those verticle blue bands on each side hide my cursor. My 2 cents anyway. Herbster

Well I wouldn't know what else to argue about now. We have covered pretty much everything recently expect for abortion and religion.

Any ideas? I'm not going there...

Immigration?

Nope...we did the immigration debate to death across several posts recently. That one has been beaten to a bloody pulp.

We haven't argued in circle about the 50% rule recently though.

Personally, I haven't paid much attention to the candidates running under the "Tea Party" name. But, if they stand for smaller government, more personal responsibility, and less taxes, then I hardly think they're morons.

How about an argument about the "Tea Party" morons we have running right now?
