Hi All
Just wondering if any of you are having the same trouble as myself in dealings with:
1. So called "Buyers Agents" ?
who either don't return your email or call,
or if they do, promise to blah blah blah, and you never hear from them again !
2. Getting information from Property Managers
(mainly from this BP site)
seems no one is game to reply to some pretty heavy questions... or maybe I'm posting in the wrong area.
I am not with a professional mismanagement (PM) company so if resend questions on this thread - I can attempt to answer some of them if general property management. If they are specific PM related questions - I may not be able to halp, but can try!
Not ALL Realtors are lazy, incompetent, heatless, and just all out rude.
I have been told I am a breed all of my own and I take pride in that. I treat ALL my clients, Sellers and Buyers like family. I guess that comes from having a passion for what I do. Help people. It's not ALWAYS all about the all mighty dollar.
