Richmond,Va Sub-forum
Hello Richmondners,
Joshua and his wonderful team have now created a Richmond sub-forum. All those that live in the Richmond Tri-city area can now network here and share experiences.
Hello,
I posted earlier about a new sub forum that Joshua and his team created for the state of Virginia. I forgot to include that important key word "Virginia," but the newly added sub forum for Virginia is Richmond along with already established Va, Beach, Hampton Roads area.
This is great! I'm currently in the tri cities but am moving up to Richmond.
I'm wholesaling and looking for a property to do my first flip in the chesterfield or richmond area.
yea good stuff they added these Richmond Virginia sub forums

Hey everyone,
I'm looking to make my first purchase in Richmond or Baltimore. I've lived in both, and am currently deployed with the Army Reserves.
Looking for some agent-help in finding the right spot that will convince me to come to Richmond over Baltimore.
If any agents out there can help, please reach out to me and I'll send you my criteria!
If you're looking for an agent that knows the investor side for Richmond, talk with @Shera Gregory ASAP! She's amazing!
Hello all,
I wanted to see if anyone had any luck getting a tax delinquent list from the Henrico county court? I went but struck out. I was also looking into a probate list, any advice would be helpful.
@Anthony Johnson contact Janet and she'll email you the tax delinquent list every Monday morning.

I am from Capital City, VA. and I'm looking to invest in my home town. I'm a newbie, but BiggerPockets has assisted in filling in the gaps. I'm looking at multi-family, and single-family opportunities. Any right direction pointing would be appreciated.
Hi! I'm new to BP and in the RVA area. How can I connect with the Richmond,VA sub-forum? Thanks!!
Hi RVA Investors! I'd like to introduce myself, my name is Jonathan, and I'm with JS Capital Investments, LLC. I'm a local real estate investor, currently working on a rental, but do wholesale a lot. If you're interested and would like to connect, you know what to do.
Additionally, if you’re actively looking for a specific type of property or in a certain area, let me know and I’ll be your boots on the ground, grunt. That’s the wholesaler in me. I’d love to hear more about you and how I can help you get to where you’d like to be. Hear from you all soon!
Hey all. I'm looking to buy a few investment properties in Richmond. Does anyone have good realtors with heavy investing experience? Also anyone good local contractors?
@Patrick Slagle I invest in Richmond and have recommendations. Feel free to DM to connect and I can message you the info.
Hi everyone, I'm new to Richmond but looking at building my team around me. If anyone has recommendations on realtors, lenders, and contractors it would be a huge help! I've been told finding good contractors can be pretty difficult but once you find them, hold on to them and treat them well. Hope to continue networking once the meetups get back together.
Also looking to get in touch with local wholesalers to see if I can begin to get on their email lists. This way I can start to analyze potential opportunities that come across. @Jonathan Newsome curious to see if you are still doing wholesales and if so would love to connect! Looking into single family homes currently
