Mobiles Home buyers for pre-1976

Hello everyone.

I have a few mobile homes that are pre-1976 and looking to see who would be a great avatar for investing in that type of home. Landlords, owner carry?

Also what strategies do you recommend to find investors?

Mobile homes are very difficult to sell, especially if they don't come with the land, though I'm not sure if that's the case here. Most insurance companies won't insure them, and most lenders are hesitant to provide financing for them, which makes the sale even more challenging.

There are, however, investors who specialize exclusively in mobile homes. To find them, I would suggest asking every real estate-focused Facebook group in your area.
