Wale is a real estate investment wizard. We found him through bigger pockets and were impressed with his knowledge of real estate and the Houston market. We were fairly new to real estate investing and were looking to buy our first investment property in the Houston area. The market was extremely competitive and houses were selling well over the asking price. Wale took the time to understand our needs and found properties that aligned perfectly with our interests.
Once we found the ideal property, Wale ensured that we had our best foot forward by really marketing us to the seller and the seller's agent. He provided great recommendations on what we should offer to guarantee acceptance. Being out of state, we also needed assistance with various local services. Wale is well connected and was able to provide references for everyone including home inspectors, lenders, property managers, insurance agents, etc. He made sure that the process was smooth from start to finish and we made our first investment in the Houston area. We will definitely use Wale again and highly recommend him for all real estate needs.

I don't know how anyone would work with this guy if he doesn't keep his very first appointment. Working with punctual Realtors and contractors is my main priority and the very first step to working with them on buying properties and rehabbing them. If you call them and you have an appointment and they miss it is a big red flag to me.

Wale is a real estate investment wizard. We found him through bigger pockets and were impressed with his knowledge of real estate and the Houston market. We were fairly new to real estate investing and were looking to buy our first investment property in the Houston area. The market was extremely competitive and houses were selling well over the asking price. Wale took the time to understand our needs and found properties that aligned perfectly with our interests.
Once we found the ideal property, Wale ensured that we had our best foot forward by really marketing us to the seller and the seller's agent. He provided great recommendations on what we should offer to guarantee acceptance. Being out of state, we also needed assistance with various local services. Wale is well connected and was able to provide references for everyone including home inspectors, lenders, property managers, insurance agents, etc. He made sure that the process was smooth from start to finish and we made our first investment in the Houston area. I don't know how anyone would work with this guy if he doesn't keep his very first appointment. Working with punctual Realtors and contractors is my main priority and the very first step to working with them on buying properties and rehabbing them. If you call them and you have an appointment and they miss it is a big red flag to me.

Wale is a fantastic realtor and an excellent negotiator, we would not have been able to get the property at the price we did without his help and negotiation skills.
Wale helped me from the beginning, as a new real estate investor, giving me important information and knowledge I needed and guiding me every step of the way. Any question I had, Wale was able to answer! He has a great team as well, and was able to refer to me to lenders, contractors, insurance brokers, and pretty much anyone I needed. He showed me several options of properties and helped me narrow down to the specific property I was looking for.
One of Wale's best characteristics is his responsiveness - he always answers emails and calls very promptly and kept open communication with me at all times. He enjoys what he does and brings that enthusiasm to his clients.
Wale was an excellent real estate agent and I look forward to working with him again for future properties. I would highly recommend him for anyone looking for real estate in Houston!!

Wale Lawal is a true treasure in real estate. Not only is he committed, responsive, professional and honest, he is also very skilled and knowledgeable and will get you to the finish line effectively and smoothly. He is very skilled with real estate investment strategies and gave me good guidance throughout the process. I was connected to him through Bigger Pockets and from start to finish he supported me through the search process, effectively set up house tours, walked me through the pros and cons identified until I landed on a final choice. He surpassed my expectations during negotiations and truly won over my trust and admiration. He also stayed on top of every step of the process throughout the escrow, stepping in quickly and effectively to prevent communication delays or inadequate actions from other parties from affecting my closing. I absolutely, wholeheartedly recommend Wale for all your real estate buying, selling or investment needs. I have already recommended him to a family member who made a purchase in record time. He is also already helping me on my next acquisition.
