I've been working with Patrick as an out of country investor and he has been very patient and helpful. After sending me many on and off market deals, we closed on a SFH last month. He's very patient, diligent and helpful when you have questions. He's always willing to find a solution for you!

I just bought my first out of state long term rental with Patrick’s help. I live in Orlando FL and closed on a triplex in Cleveland OH. The deal was found through his resources, the PM, lender, everything. The process was seamless even when we would hit bumps along the way. He’s responsive and knowledgeable. Once I get my recent purchase stabilized some I’ll be using him again.

Patrick is an outstanding real estate professional. Throughout my recent out of state investing journey, he demonstrated exceptional knowledge, and expertise to in Columbus area.
He has excellent communication skills, and is always readily available. I was new to the area and had so many questions that he whole heartily helped answer. It has been a pleasant working with him and I can definitely recommend his services.

Patrick is a super responsive and patient person. As a first-time out-of-state investor, I have tons of questions and concerns. He answered all of my questions in the first place and has never delayed.
I was lost in certain steps throughout the process. I was out of the country and forgot to pay a certain fee.
He guided me to finish the buying process A day before Christmas and gave me effective advice. Super thankful!!!

Patrick was incredible to work with and I’d highly recommend him to anyone looking to buy in the Cleveland or Columbus areas, especially investors. I've closed 2 long-distance real estate deals with Patrick and I can't recommend him highly enough! He's personable, low-pressure, knowledgeable and just generally great at what he does.
