Extraordinary Service That You Can Count On!!!

I strongly advise against doing business with Bill.
In my experience, Bill does not conduct business in good faith. Of note- he is not a CPA but is just a tax preparer. There is a huge difference. His services wasted both my money and a significant amount of time, and the ordeal caused prolonged and unnecessary stress.
Throughout the engagement, there was no evidence of quality assurance or professional accountability. When problems arose, instead of addressing them, Bill demonized me as a customer and refused to take responsibility for his own failures. His communication was patronizing and pompous, and his overall demeanor made an already difficult situation worse.
After things went sideways, Bill escalated the situation further by harassing me online rather than resolving the matter professionally. Based on how this was handled and the lack of services actually delivered, the experience felt deceptive and exploitative.
In my opinion, this was a complete misrepresentation of services, and I regret trusting him. I would never work with him again and encourage others to proceed with extreme caution.

My experience with Bill was extremely frustrating and disappointing. I hired him to implement a specific tax strategy for my real estate portfolio, an area he claimed to specialize in. While our initial conversation was promising, the execution did not meet expectations.
Less than two weeks before the tax deadline, I was informed that I needed to contact my prior CPA to complete work I had already hired and paid Bill to handle. This created unnecessary stress and placed both me and my former CPA in a difficult position so close to the deadline.
Communication and organization were ongoing issues. I repeatedly had to restate details that were already documented via email, and the document submission process was unnecessarily burdensome, requiring duplicate uploads and manual data entry.
Overall, the experience lacked attentiveness, accountability, and follow-through. Based on my direct experience, I would not work with Bill again and would caution others to proceed carefully.

I absolutely recommend Bill Hampton and his team for anyone that is looking for very competent representation when it comes to tax strategies in general and investment property in particular. I have rental properties in California as well as Ohio and Bill came highly recommened from a member of BiggerPockets. Intitally I was somewhat skeptical because I had never worked with someone out of state when it comes to having my taxes done. Bill and his team proved to be more than worth it and extremely knowledgeable. I will certainly ustilize him again this year.

Bill with Hampton Tax and Financial Services is very knowledgeable and amazingly thorough. Bill reviewed my 2017, 2018 and 2019 tax returns and found over 13 errors and missed opportunities. Those deductions were worth several THOUSAND DOLLARS!! I highly recommend Bill Hampton and value his tax and financial expertise.

Looking for a CPA? Have complicated taxes, including business, self employment, W2’s etc? Bill Hampton is the guy to go to. We used him for the first time for our 2018 taxes. Even though our taxes are quite complicated he was able to help us get our biggest return yet.

Numbers and I have a hard time communicating. I met with Bill to go over my 2017 return, so I could understand all the numbers for my rental properties and what they mean. He's very knowledgeable and also personable, and also has no problem saying if he doesn't have the answer right away and needs to do some research.
I feel like I have a much better grasp on what to expect when the 2018 return is done (yes, I have an extension), and I feel pretty good about my bookkeeping. The next step for me is turning the bookkeeping into periodic profit and loss reports, and Bill gave me tips and steps on how to do that. Definitely recommended.

I met with Bill yesterday to review my tax returns for 2018 where he pointed 19 Items entries on our return we were not using to claim any deduction. On 2 of our properties, deductions was entered on the wrong line item which has cause us being questioned on our latest loan with the bank.
If you are a real estate investor and want to make sure your not missing out when filing your tax get with Bill before the next tax season.
