Lyon recently took over our property & the transition has been smooth thanks for Jessica, our property manager. My biggest complaint with our last company was the lack of communication, but on the few occasions I have reached out, Jessica has always replied promptly & helped resolve the issue.

I'm less than impressed. First, Patty was okay with our board voting for a $200 fee increase for our HOA over email, without holding a meeting or informing the members first. Then, she offered to hold our HOA meeting in Warwick, which since it's in a different county than our condo, is a violation of Rhode Island State law. She did not answer my legitimate questions about our budget in a timely manner. I wouldn't advise using Lyon for your HOA management. I have recommended to my fellow condo owners that we look for other options. In a follow up to the response... They should know Rhode Island law... when I first mentioned that it violated the law to hold the meeting in Warwick... Patty told me I should suggest a suitable nearby location. I then said that I would call the local library, which she then said she would do. If she had called a couple of the libraries in Providence, she could have actually gotten us a room at no cost to the Association at all. I was able to explain this to her at our HOA meeting. I think Patty means well, but perhaps Lyon Property Management needs to hire more people to assist her and their clients. I am hesitant to recommend this company based on my personal experiences.

My boyfriend and I have had a wonderful experience with Lyon Property Group. We especially enjoyed talking and discussing about our place, the lease and other personal matters with Jessica Scotti the portfolio manager. She answered every question we had and helped our transition from wanting to see the place to signing the lease to moving in. We love the area and the way you pay rent and request any maintenance needed all on an app. So far we have had no complaints and find the other neighbors extremely welcoming :)

After almost 5 years with Lyons I worked with a very competent property management team: Nick Gomes, Jessica, Zy, Frank, etc. They all demonstrated commitment, knowledge of their craft and an immense amount of patience, something rare these days in any customer-oriented service. If I was in your shoes looking for a property manager, I'd choose Lyons all the way! Thanks guys!

We just closed on our new home with the help of Jess Scotti! Jess guided us through the process, advocated for us when needed, and kept us fully informed all along the way. She also supplied us with valuable referrals for inspectors and those companies were great to work with. She was right by our side up to and including at the closing. A talented professional! They do a great job communicating with residents, staying on top of maintenance requests, and making sure properties are well managed. One thing I've really noticed is how hard everyone works behind the scenes to keep things running smoothly and find solutions to problems quickly. It's clear that they genuinely care about the residents, the owners, and the properties they manage. I rented from Lyon property group. I was at the property for two years March 2024 I moved in. It was great at first. Then the pest problem started in October 2024 and they only sent an exterminator once. The issue got worse and with multiple requests from all tenants it still didn’t get resolved until a year later when the issue was really bad and that’s when they set up the exterminator to come 1 a month. Mind you I lost a lot of my property this whole time because of the pest issue and had to replace it. It took them a month to send someone out to look at my fridge that was broken and once the new one came it took them longer to have the old fridge removed because it had the peat inside it so the appliance company wouldn’t take it. My bathtub and sinks back up three times the two years I lived there. One of the matinee request to fix the plumbing backups happened during winter months and they didn’t even call anyone to come fix it until I had called five times in a two months for it. I was worried the pipes would freeze. I also revived a notice that they didn’t want to renew my tenancy without the legally required 30 day notice. I have all the pictures, ledgers, texts, emails, and agreements I made with them for the financial issues I was having as a tenant due to going through a divorce. They claim to work with you during financial crisis but they do not. Taking legal action because not one person should have to deal with this.

Lyon property management has been a great experience due to their professional and kind ways to help solve problems in my apartment.I Want to mention a special person Ian Buffum it's such a great pleasure to work with him.His patience , kindness and problem solving is very spectacular. He has always answered my calls. Which he has always had a great solution of solving.. Keep up the good work and thank you for all you've done for me
