Hi There, It's Dave w/ RentalSheets.com and I just wanted to share my spreadsheet that I have developed that can be used to analyze BRRR Rental Deals. - Analyze your Purchase & Calculate Profit / Equity in Deal - Calculate your Rental Income/Operating Expenses - Calculate Cash Flow, COCR, Equity Growth & Total Return The spreadsheet works on Microsoft Excel 2007 or newer. Hi David... Thanks for the post. I was able to download it, but unable to unzip the file. It keeps unzipping the file into ver. 2, 3, 4, etc. I noted that you mentioned Microsoft Excel 2007 or newer. I am running a Mac and have been able to open/unzip Microsoft Excel sheets, which would run the spreadsheets with no problem. Any advice you can give would be appreciated... Thank You!
