Hi BP, I noticed there is the "Commission To Agents" @ 6% and then there is the "Buyer's Closing Costs" @ 6% on this spreadsheet. Can anyone tell me why we have both? I though that when we sell the property we only need to worry about the Agents commission. The buyer will have to worry about their own closing cost right?
