Anyone using a Non-Grantor, Irrevocable, Complex, Discretionary, Spendthrift Trust
Is there anyone who set up a Non-Grantor, Irrevocable, Complex, Discretionary, Spendthrift Trust? If so, how is it in actual practicality of operations when it comes to buying rental real estate and at some point selling it from the trust. Seriously considering this asset protection strategy but wanted to see if anyone of you has any experience with it?
