Anyone know somebody. Looking for a SF to use as a vacation rental. Biggest non-negotiable is they need intimate knowledge of STR and the STR landscape/legislation in the area.

    Short Term Shop literally wrote the book on it. Sold right here in the BiggerPockets bookstore (and Amazon).
