New broker/owner-when do I grow team

I just opened my own brokerage in May in Central Oregon (Bend area, not Eugene) and am trying to decide when is the right time to bring on some other agents?

My long term goal is to have around 7 full time agents and a few admin. I only have a virtual TC helping me right now.

How do I know I'm ready?!

I mentored 3 other agents at my last brokerage; my partner decided to buy that company and the other 2 stayed to help her with the large workload.

Are you currently profitable @Christina Tsutsui-Tharp?  Do you have the time, money & experience to  begin recruiting, training & managing agents who will eventually leave you to build their own business?  Why not partner with a company that can provide you all of the back office support you need with no franchise fees or costly overhead while providing you additional income streams, stock and the ability to scale your business worldwide?
