Looking for a good real estate agent to sell in South Carolina

Hello,

I have 2 houses I'm putting on the market; 1 single bedroom in Clinton near the mill I'd like sold for around $75K, and one 2 bedroom with an ADU in back in Laurens for around $85K.

  Lots of renters, new development, and selling action happening lately.

  Would like to build a relationship with an agent and make moves in the area.
