Should I buy BiggerPockets leads?

I have a team of real estate agents in the Salt Lake City Utah area and am always looking for new ways to generate solid buyer and seller leads.

Are Biggerpockets leads worth the money?

Is anyone utilizing them at a high level for a medium-sized real estate team?

I've used the leads for the past few years. Personally it's a great pillar for my business. I get about 20-30 leads a month through it. My conversion rate is 6% ish percent. I also like it because you get repeat business and referrals. It is like any other lead sources where you get duds and spam(lenders, wholesalers, etc) but it has been worth the money for me. The only caveat is it's only investors so you need to be able to help them and fit their needs. If you don't focus with investors it's probably not worth it. Also majority is buyer leads.
