New York Broker Application Questions

Rex Qiu
Posted

I mailed my application last week and am now waiting for the results. I have a few questions and would really appreciate it if someone could help answer them. I searched online but couldn't find any answers.

  1. What does the process look like and how long does it typically take?
  2. How can I confirm if they have received my application package? The delivery message indicates that an agent received the package, but I am still worried it might get lost. Are they going to send an email after it is approved?
  3. Should I submit the package in person instead? If so, is it allowed, and which office should I visit?

I apologize for the questions, but the information on the official website is very limited.

Thank you in advance for your help!
