Getting Started in Wichita, KS

Looking to get started in SFH in Wichita, KS. Does anybody have any recommendations for an investor friendly agent?

I'm mostly interested in the area of Wichita north of Douglas and East of Oliver, so any additional expertise in that area is greatly appreciated. 

Also, does anyone know if there are any investor meetups in Wichita?
