Marketing: services that are pay for results and not just visibility

I noticed that Zillow and homes.com boost offerings are visibility oriented and guarantee nothing. Are there services that guarantee an outcome?

    What are you looking for? Rehab opportunities, rental opportunities, leads for your real estate service? Both Zillow and homes.com (haven't heard that name in long time) will get you retail clients looking for buying homes. The best way to lead gen nowadays is to be everywhere in everything if possible. Start with doing something that works best for you right now, add a bit of funds to it to ramp up that marketing. While that is going, stack up another marketing source and let it rip if that does well. 

    While doing all that, develop your branding whether on social media, online precense, making sure your marketing messages are all the same.

     No service will guarantee an outcome. Just like no investment can guarantee a return. If they do, then run.
