Advice on vetting agents for Dispositions across multiple markets

Good afternoon,

I’m looking to connect with a few solid, investor-friendly Brokers who understand wholesale deals, novations, and assignments. I’ve got a few off-market opportunities in motion and want a Broker who knows how to structure creative transactions, is comfortable working alongside wholesalers/investors, and understands speed, margins, and deal flow (not a retail-only mindset).

I am looking across a handful of markets (PA, UT, OH) and have been coming up short. Does anyone have advice on how they typically find and vet agents? Red flags to keep an eye out for? I was hoping to ask for recommendations in the forums, but I believe it's against the rules.

Appreciate the help in advance, and I hope to bring more great deals to this group! 🤝
