Newer Agent here in Orem Utah.

A little bit of an ask here: what makes the perfect agent for a real estate investor?

I want to become the go-to agent for Real Estate Investors in Utah County so I'd love to know what you look for/need so I can learn how to be the best agent for investors.

Hey @Justin Lewis

When I first got started as a real estate agent I was trying to help everyone, but I was an investor over here in Chicago and naturally I started to attract real estate investors and now most of my clients are real estate investors. I would advise going to networking events so you can meet like-minded individuals and then you can hopefully form some strong connections and they can lean on you as their go-to RE agent!
