Denver area "paperwork only" agent

I have had an lease option on a duplex in Lakewood for about 6 years.  I'm ready to exercise it, but need an agent to help with the simple paperwork for a flat fee.  There are no prices or concessions to negotiate.  no inspection to manage/pass.  It's prenegotiated and as is.  I need someone that can draft the purchase agreement (for the lender), and coordinate getting the txn through close.   Any recommendations?

youre likely going to be better off just having an attorney draft it up for you if you are looking to have it "papered up".  would suggest a real estate specific one, and if you haven't already you might find a local title company with an attorney on staff that could help as part of the title transaction.
