Hey guys..

Expecting to get my Real Estate license next month. Looking for recommendations on any investor friendly Real Estate companies where I can hang my license.

Let me know if anyone has any they can recommend.

Thanks

Talha

    We found Keller Williams to be the best. It's s 70/30 split of commission up yo 23k. After that you keep 100% till the end of the year. Then recycle.

    Talha Shahid private message me I can recommend what I feel works best. Ultimately most brokers are open to investors agents joining but few will provide training on how to be good at working REI.

    @Shawn M. I can't send you a private message for some reason.

    Nathan thanks for the advice on Keller Williams. Just called them up and really excited to hear their pay structure and their emphasis on continued training and use of technology.

    I liked Realty Executives...they required no office time for me.  I've heard good things about Keller Williams.

    Also do some networking at a local REIA or on BP. There are sure to be Investors who are brokers themselves and willing to hang your license.

    My brother is an agent and we only go to the office to sign contracts.

    Is he required to spend any time at the Keller Williams office?

    And he is happy with the commission split structure that Keller Williams offers?
