Good afternoon all,
I'm in search of a Real Estate Agent around the Joint Base Lewis-McCord, Washington area. The ideal candidate would preferrably be an investor in real estate him/herself, and/or have experience with investors and investment properties. I'm looking for a duplex around base, and am currently still in the process of doing tons and tons of research on "House Hacking", so bear with me. Thank you all for taking your time in reading my post.

I've been in contact with Phil Sharp, seems helpful but I can't speak to how he does business as we have only chatted via email thus far.....seems very tuned into the area and is retired military which I like....
